On the menu this week! Super busy week on tap - very simple suppers...nothing fancy here.

MONDAY:
leftover lasagna, mac n’ cheese for Sam, side salad, crusty bread and baked apples for dessert.

TUESDAY:
tilapia with lemon pepper, squash and broccoli

WEDNESDAY:
black bean burgers (from Costco) with avocado, side salad and Rocky Road pie for dessert (jello pudding recipe - will post later).

THURSDAY:
pasta with alfredo sauce, peas, fresh mushrooms and cubed ham, spaghetti for Sam, Italian blend veggies (from bag) and crusty bread.

FUN FRIDAY:
breakfast for supper! Scrambled eggs with peppers, onions and cheese and whole wheat pancakes (freeze remainder for breakfast next week).
