This week's menu!

Monday: Bob and Sharon coming to dinner…grilled salmon, green beans, roasted potatoes and beet appetizer. Lemon cake for dessert!

Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, salad and crusty bread

Wednesday: Whiting fish, sautéed cabbage with balsamic vinegar (pg 275 Bittman)

Thursday: Tilapia, quinoa and bag of frozen mixed veggies.

Fun Friday! Brats on the grill, broccoli and pudding pie (use chocolate pie crust)
